What qualifications do I need to apply?

You need to have a current PHA (within the last 12 months), be qualified or eligible to become MOSQ for the position, current ACFT/AFT, current height/weight, and not flagged.

What documents do I need to apply?

In the application form you will need to upload a current ORB/ERB/STP (within the last 6 months), last three OERs/NCOERs, IMR, DA Form 705, 5500/5501-R, Authorization Memo through Chain of Command (approved by minimum O-5).
